Bytes & Notes and Events by Haven are exploring a collaborative Halloween community event designed around music, creativity, families, and local connection.
The event would expand the traditional Bytes & Notes Halloween recital into a larger community afternoon where students and families can enjoy performances alongside a small local vendor market, trunk-or-treat, creative activities, and family-friendly wellness experiences.
The goal is to create an event that feels festive and exciting for children while still being relaxed, welcoming, and meaningful for parents and the greater community.
The Bytes & Notes student performances would remain the heart of the event.
Two recital blocks are proposed to help manage student and family flow while giving each group time to enjoy the other activities before or after their performance.
Tentative Recital Schedule
Recital One:
1:00–2:00 PM
Recital Two:
2:30–3:30 PM
Students can be encouraged to perform in costume if they would like.
Food and Merchandise Vendors will be present.
